Emily, I read that you are a photographer...did you take all of these photos for the Wesley Covenant Prayer? We were curious as to what the first (and repeated at the end) photo was a picture of. If it isn't your photo do you know where it came from? Thanks!
I'd like to be a photographer one day, but for now I can only say that I enjoy photography. But I did take all of the pictures above. I originally posted the before and after of that last picture on this post: http://acknowledgingbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/07/when-bored-blog.html (Scroll to the bottom) It is just a flower that I edited. It is by far my favorite picture. May I ask who you are??
Hi Emily. I am Lois and I work as the Adm. Asst. at a church in Illinois. We do the Wesley Covenant and Prayer each January to get the year off to a good start. As I was looking for images I might use for the bulletin cover I bumped into yours. It was quite striking and we were debating over whether it was a flower or a shell or ??? So I decided I would just ask...always the best way to go :) It is a very beautiful photograph; you are very good at the craft already. Thank you for the information. What kind of a flower is it? Thanks!
